Being an engineer, I’ve seen enough number of wrong fuel cases. Such mistakes have become very common and often it becomes very troubling for a motorist. Anxiety and worry, these are the two expressions that can be seen in the faces of the motorists. The first job for me during these situations is telling the motorists to relax. I try to explain to them that most such cases are very easy to handle and can be fixed easily.

The perfect wrong fuel recovery procedure requires few steps. This is not the kind a job for a man alone to do on their own, thus I have a team of experts to do this job for you. First we start draining out the wrong fuel from the tank. This process varies from car to car depending on the amount of contaminated fuel in the car tank. We drain out the contaminated fuel from the car and dispose it off in such a way that it doesn’t harm the balance of the nature.

After the first phase has been completed, we pour fresh fuel in the tank and then again flush it out. The main motives of the second phase it to ensure that the left- over fuel has been completely drained out from the engine as well as other components. But the work does not end here. After the ‘flushing out’ session we inspect that if the wrong fuel has caused any trouble to the car. We repair even the smallest of problems if found. In few instances, the repairing does not cure the problem. In such cases replacing has to be done. But such cases are very rare.

Extreme care is necessary for the employees at the site of recovery and also for the motorists, the pedestrians, cars and other physical assets and most importantly, the environment. A pump is attached to the car and the other end is in a container. However it is not possible to remove the oil completely as some components are still present in the tank.

Second phase of fuel recovery

In this phase the specialists try to remove the wrong fuel from the tank completely. They fill the tank with fresh fuel and then flush it out completely so that the remaining wrong fuel comes out of the tank. After this process again fresh fuel is filled into the tank and the car is started. The job is done if it starts smoothly and makes no sound. Further checking and rectification becomes important if it does not work perfectly and produces noise. Then the problem is solved either by replacement of parts or repairing depending on the damage.

Second Phase of Fuel Recovery

The first phase of fuel recovery is not enough to remove fuel mixture. So, the wrong fuel professionals adopt the complete fuel flush-out method. They first put fresh fuel into the car tank and then flush it out with force so that the left-out of fuel mixture is eliminated. After it is done, fresh fuel is again installed and the car is started. If it produces smooth ride and no abnormal sound, the job is done. If any problem is found, further checking and rectification become important. Problems are rectified by repairing and/or replacement depending on the damages.
